Holiday rentals with a patio in Albemarle County

Loved the apartment!! Kitchen was beautiful and loved the waterfall shower. Just a heads up tho not to take long hot showers cuz the water will run out quic. Also the heater in the living room may take 15 mins to turn on if it’s completely off. I initially thought it was broken when I first arrived but I left it on high and it popped on finally. Cville was always super responsive and ready to help if needed. Area was quiet and close to a CVS.

We loved staying at The Snug. It was so cute, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little patio in the afternoon with our books. The place was immaculate and had everything that we needed. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Charlottesville.

A perfect place for a short weekend getaway! Very peaceful, but never boring - the location was perfect for a mix of revitalization and adventure! I came here for a girls weekend with my friend and it was just perfect. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. I 100% percent recommend these hosts!

The best location you can ask for! Right in the heart of the corner. As described, you need to be okay with the noise of bars and restaurants - Coupe’s is right below you and you can definitely hear the music, but you can use a sound machine and it’s fine! Thanks for a great weekend.

It was a perfect accomodation for my requests. I could do all the cooking I wanted, had my kids visiting me most of the time and remote working was no problem with the great internet connection. A washing machine and dryer were also available and Erin was so kind to provide the washing detergent as well as many other things.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Me and my wife Julia lost our daughter 6 years ago that's why we're there remembrng her life. Chris and Kalin were so attentive and empathetic to our feelings. They went above and beyond, inspirational stories, encouragement, lovingly making my wife feel so special. The Studio apt is everything and more. They had a designated pkg space, letters of instruction, a firepit (Chris chopped the wood and taught us how to use it), Kalin's loving touch was everywhere with awesome decor. So great was our stay we decided to come back again this month. If we could hv givn 5000 stars we would hv. Simply put they are so special and we highly recommend that everyone will hv the privilege to stay there. Thank u so much Kalin and Chris!

We enjoyed out stay at Steven's place. Check in was smooth, the home was clean, and the beds were comfy. The location is excellent. It's a quick walk to IX Art Park and the Downtown Mall. We'll stay here again if we return to Charlottesville!

The host Patricia was amazing! Very responsive, friendly and answered my question(s) quickly. The place was exactly as described. It was 5 guys there from the ages 19-45 for a weekend out in the mountains and the house fit us comfortably each night after we came back from being out all day in the mountains. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of parking, excellent view, check out was easy and simple; highly recommend this place. Thanks Patricia!

Mallory made checkin and checkout so easy and seamless. Not to mention, she is extremely responsive to message back. The house was very clean and well furnished/stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. A short walk to The Corner, restaurants, coffee shop, and campus. We will definitely be back to stay!

Five stars!! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and adorably furnished, the wooded setting was peaceful and bucolic. The house was well supplied with everything you might need. The hosts provided a bag of fresh coffee beans to enjoy in their French press, which was fortunate because we forgot ours. The hosts are also extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this property! Quick note, if you have a sensitive back, as I do, you may want to bring a mattress pad for extra comfort. The mattresses are firm. We plan to rent this property next time we are in the area.

Heather was amazing and very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay here and the pics don’t do it justice. The outdoor space was beautiful; we enjoyed the firepit in the evening and gazing at the koi pond in the day. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Close to many vineyards and not too far from town, so we felt this was the perfect spot for our long weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s unit. She was responsive prior to booking and answered all of our questions. My mother was traveling with us and accessibility was key. Wendy understood our requirements and was able to meet them. We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was even better than the photos. In fact, every aspect was perfect. Wendy, thank you for making our stay special!
