Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. A warm and friendly welcome, An ideal place to stay quiet in the countryside. The house was tidy and clean, we did not lack anything in addition to the fact that Daniel and his wife were able to welcome us as he should. Two people taking care of us in a friendly atmosphere:) In terms of arrival and departure times we have nothing to say because we were able to arrive and leave as we see fit for the duration of the stay. Very nice house for a successful stay in Le Perche

We loved our stay at Michel's place. It was a beautiful place, had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and secure. The deco was thoughtful and full of character. There was loads of space for four of us. we enjoyed the views of the canal and the town. Thank you for having us.

A good place to be, super central, beautiful and clean, Florent has been flexible on my arrival and super friendly, the apartment was clean and tidy and is a super quiet and very nice place. Highly recommended.

Efficient and functional accommodation, perfect for a short trip to Le Mans. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and Marion gave us very clear check-in instructions, which is always appreciated. Even though it's a little out of the city center, everything is easily accessible because Le Mans is a city on a human scale. A good option to discover the region with ease!

Studio very good and very clean owner very nice

Don't hesitate to get there, you won't be disappointed. The city is pretty, beautiful children's areas whether on the town hall or casino side and many activities await you (rail bike, pedal boat, electric bike rental). I advise you to also check out the outdoor events to which you can go as a family, but the residence offers childcare (activities) every afternoon of the week except Sundays. You can take the opportunity to go to the hammam or the cinema. We loved it and will come back very often. Thanks again for the welcome
