Monthly Rentals in Alfter

My wife and I had a great stay at the flat which was perfect for our needs. The location was very good for access to Köln and Bonn by tram and was easily walkable from the tram station although a bus is available up the hill. Andrea and Gunther communicated very effectively with us. The coffee machine was a real bonus. Thank you Andrea and Gunther for a great stay.

Both were very sweet and friendly. I felt very comfortable and slept very well. Was at the Fibo and wanted a quiet place to drive down in the evening and that was definitely guaranteed. Although I don't usually sleep well in small beds, I slept very well.

Probably the best Airbnb apartment I stayed in. everything was perfect. Modern, clean and well-equipped. there was even a mattress topper to make the sofa bed more comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and very friendly. We even had local beers in the fridge, chocolates for the children and coffee capsules. An ideal stay. The icing on the cake, there were many fireworks around us (New Year's Eve). A highly recommended place to stay. Thank you so much! we wish you a wonderful year 2025

Lovely place, felt like you were totally outside the city yet in only 10 minute train ride you were in the Centre of Bonn. Very clean, Christa was really responsive to any questions we had. Great value for money. Would recommend if you want to be out if the city.
