The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate. The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. The modern bathroom is equipped with spacious shower and offer everything you need to start the day with energy. You will also be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, so you can make the most of Seville's lively city life. Recently renovated (March 2017) and with a thoughtful decoration. It has a cozy room, very bright living room with terraces overlooking the Giralda, and a fully equipped kitchen. With WiFi and A/C. Its design mixes the value of the traditional Sevillian house, the comfort and the simple contemporary decoration with totally new and functional furniture. As a final complement, the apartment has a small terrace overlooking the Giralda, to enjoy the sunny days and the fantastic nights of our city. It has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, bathroom, a living-dining room as a loft with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, microwave, all kinds of small appliance, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a full kitchen. Full cleaning closet, ironing and ironing board. The apartment has high speed WiFi, high quality and quiet air conditioning (cold/heat), Smart-TV TV, also having radiators, at your disposal as a complement for winter. The apartment is delivered with sets of towels, sheets, hair dryer and amenities for all its tenants and fully prepared for your use. If you stay longer you can organize the room service (30 euros, includes cleaning and change of clothes). Subject to availability, we can offer a late Check-Out free of charge. IMPORTANT: Tickets (Check-In) after 21.00h have an additional charge of €20 and €30 after midnight and your payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically through its resolution center for processing.

The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
