I would definitely recommend this place which is even prettier than in the photos. Spacious, well-equipped and above all very clean, you will have a great stay without problem. Convenience store, restaurant, children's playground, swimming pool in the summer and especially a parking space. the accommodation is close to the city center by car and for those who are not transported, it has buses that pass just below the accommodation. Thank you also to the person who welcomed us and who was very accommodating for check-in time.

From the beginning, communication with Luis has been very easy, just like on arrival and departure. The apartment coincided with everything indicated, clean, quiet and having everything you need for a family. Even mixer that came great for our baby. It is perfectly located, close to the train station and a short walk away from downtown. Perfect for spending a few days in Seville. Thanks Luis for the facilities.

Flat is very clean and bright. Convenient location. Isabel is very friendly and responsive. Soundproofing in the building is not so great, so there might be some noise from the neighbours. In spite of that, flat is an awesome find.

The place was great, the beds were very comfortable, we had a good rest, with a double bed and two singles. No noise which allowed us to sleep very well. The attentive host, we asked if he had a clothes iron and he answered us at the moment that he did. Just below I had one MORE supermarket to buy. The perfect location. Highly recommended

Great place for a short stay. Right next to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Multiple options for great food and wonderful lively location to walk around.

The accommodation fully meets expectations. It's super comfortable and nice. Very well decorated, the muebeles are top quality, modern. We've been very comfortable. Every time we go to Sevilla we will take it very much into account since for location and features it is perfect. Apart, Isabel is a very friendly, polite and caring host. She was very easy to communicate with.

We booked,at the last minute,and it was super quick,helpful and friendly,giving us flexibility,with departure time. The apartment,great, very close to the drinking area and everything, you have to see,in Sanlúcar. Totally advisable,we went as a family and my children and my wife enchanted. We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Modern and equipped apartment, very central , very comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms Mercedes very accessible, the check in process was very easy and gave us everything we asked for I would definitely go back.

Comfortable and quiet house just minutes from downtown Seville.

A corner of paradise about a thirty-minute drive from Seville. Absolute silence, you can only hear the sound of the leaves in the wind interspersed by the song of birds. Beautiful jacuzzi pool to relax in the middle of the countryside. Unforgettable breakfasts and dinners with views of the valley. Beautiful kitchen with island, equipped with everything you need. Iper kind host, always responds positively in seconds (not a hyperbole)

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The house is very large and comfortable for 2 families with children. We had problems with the fridge and hot water, but Antonio was very attentive to us. The truth is that we were very comfortable, the upstairs terrace is a treat.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, as advertised. Very bright and not overlooked. It is in the city center of Seville, near an urban bus station, which was important to us. Quiet street, with supermarkets and nice bars. The only negative point is that the fridge was making a lot of noise. If you sleep in the living room, it's annoying. You can't hear it from the bedroom.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!
