The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €19 There is free gated parking, which is a 300 meter walk from the house. As well as paid parking right in front for €26 a day. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals great food and cozy atmosphere.

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.
