Our property is completely fenced and therefore ideally suited for traveling with children/dogs. The surroundings are perfect for hiking or cycling, in winter they invite you to ski, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. A small ski slope and a cross-country ski trail are available behind the house. From the garden you can directly access an extensive hiking area.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Vacation home 'Haus Balke' is located in Hatzfeld and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The two-story accommodation consists of 2 living rooms with 2 sofa beds for one person and a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a guest toilet and thus offers space for 8 people.
