The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, from which you can reach the bus stop in a few metres, or go directly to the motorway junction to the A 560 and the A 3 in a few kilometres. The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.
