During the cooler months (January–May and October–December), firewood is provided for the log burner; additional wood can be purchased if needed. Electric wall heaters: We include an allowance of 15 kWh per day usage . Usage above this will be charged at €0.1481 per kWh.

The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Les Vignes - 2 bedroom gite with a small vine covered patio area with garden furniture & a charcoal BBQ. You enter into the open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with exposed stone walls and log burner. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with a shower. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze Vaussais and Chef Boutonne with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

Between Verteuil-sur-Charente and Tusson, Ruffec and Mansle, the former European Gardens now house a gite with a wooden spa, an ideal haven for discovering the pretty corners of Charente Nord. Charm and friendliness are at the height of this privileged place. A contemporary wooden construction combines aesthetics and respect for the environment.

Restored 1855 house in the countryside

The house has been restored by us for a quiet stay in the countryside. The house is very warm (stone, wood, wood heating, plaster and hemp insulation). All shops 5 min away 1 hour from the Atlantic coast 30 min from the Poitevin marsh
