Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Les Vignes - 2 bedroom gite with a small vine covered patio area with garden furniture & a charcoal BBQ. You enter into the open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with exposed stone walls and log burner. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with a shower. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities.

The Niortaise Suite

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

In the south of Deux-Sèvres, 45 minutes from Niort and the Poitevin marsh, and 1 hour from Poitiers (Futuroscope), Angoulême, Cognac and La Rochelle, enjoy the calm of the countryside in a renovated house (work done in 2018) for up to 7 adults (or even 9). The first store is a 10-minute drive to Chef-Boutonne. During your stay, you will have the owners nearby to ask for anything you might need. You can also eat out if you wish.

Our beautiful old stone farmhouse in South West France has been restored bringing light, beauty & comfort. Situated in a quaint rural village, surrounded by sunflower fields it is an ideal venue to relax, explore the French markets, visit the region. Close by are Cognac, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré., Marais Poitevin, Niort and Poitiers.Bordeaux & the Loire are a couple of hours by car; and Paris 2 hrs by TGV.

Gite du Tilleul

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze Vaussais and Chef Boutonne with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.
