The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.
