In the completely renovated attic apartment you will find everything you need to feel good: modern bathroom with 2-person shower, fully equipped kitchen-living room, sofa bed with TV corner and a bedroom with king size bed. In the garden there is a natural pool that invites you to refresh yourself.

I rent out my 67 sqm apartment in HH Eimsbüttel, where I usually live, on a daily basis. There is a living-dining area with a fitted kitchen, an 8 sqm south-facing balcony with barbecue facilities. Nearby (about 8 min. walk) there is both a metro and a bus (4 min walk) into the city. Highway connection A7 about 6 minutes away by car driveway Stellingen. I have a 16 sqm bedroom (bed 1.40 m). Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. Fantastic apartment - central location with pond view

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. For children, the large playground in the park offers a lot of variety.

Sunny apartment with two rooms

The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
