Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alta Val Tidone

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Tim is always available, smiling, really taking care of his tenants. and good advice We're holding this property. Thanks so much to Tim .

We stayed 4 nights in Marco's house, with 4 adults and 3 children. Our stay was really perfect! Marco is a fantastic host; he (and his parents) really makes sure your stay is perfect. For example, he arranged for us single beds extra for the children, he provided a stocked fridge and even made us pizza and muffins. In addition, he has endless tips for things to do in the area or wherever you go in Italy. The house is also perfect. Anything you need is there and even more. On the huge terrace, there is always a place in the sun (we were lucky with the weather) or shade to find. And the view couldn't be more beautiful. The surroundings are wonderfully remote and quiet. You walk right into the forest; our children also spent hours in the forest. And there are nice walks to take, of which we two have done. There is also plenty to do in the area by car. We'd love to come back!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

Beautiful and finally relaxing vacation . The comfortable beds and Veronica is a great host. She was kind and thoughtful . The house is a small wedding favor located in the middle of the greenery. Our little dog was able to enjoy the outdoor spaces with fully fenced gardens. Great location to visit Acqui Terme and taste the wines of the area. We'll definitely be back

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Mine was a nearly two-month stay so the details that may have shattered me at the beginning are actually completely irrelevant for short stays. The house is very nice. Elisabetta is a woman of great resources, maximum care for guests, great warmth and immediate efficiency under all circumstances. The apartment is very well cared for, some eccentric details that make it very unique and very clean. Equipped with every desired appliance. Beautiful dishes. Comfortable bed. Unique in, to be fussy, come from the noise of the street for those who are particularly sensitive. But I think the beautiful period fixtures will soon be adapted to the now too invasive traffic. A few more furniture that doesn't show up in the photos yet and that slightly changed the overall image. It's a place I recommend and a lucky meeting.

Loredena is a great host! The place is beautiful, crisp clean and the host is very warm & friendly, she went out of her way to help me with everything she could! I would definitely recommend to stay here! The place is closer to the public transport and there are a lot of restaurants right across the street and even more in walkable distance!

Antonello was a great host, always predisposed and attentive to us. the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-stocked, both as furniture and as kitchen tools and elements, bathroom, etc... we also made grills (we are Argentine) San Biagio is 5 km from Garlasco, the nearest town, very well-stocked by supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, padel fields (which were our interests), you have to have yes or yes the car. the internet speed was perfect (we did smartworking). GREAT OPTION FOR YOU TO BE IN THE AREA!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying in Paola's apartment. We were treated with kindness and availability. We appreciated Paola's way of making us feel at home. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The sea view is a strong point. We had a garden with tables and chairs to relax. There were 3 of us with family, Mauro was waiting for us, punctual and friendly. He took the time to welcome us to his rooftop apartment. The windows overlook the sea. We spent three wonderful days in this typical Camogli house, where the modern and the attention to detail meet the origins... with dreams you have to fly high, perhaps for this reason the apartment is called Dream, because it is a corner of paradise with a breathtaking view. Clean and equipped accommodation equipped with every comfort and well soundproofed, bright and airy. We spent 4 wonderful days at this villa in Mombaruzzo! The villa is simply fantastic: spacious, with attention to detail, and equipped with every comfort. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, surrounded by tranquility, perfect for both families and groups of friends. The pool is perfect, clean and well maintained, ideal for relaxing and having fun. The staff was super super super super helpful, always kind and ready to help us at any time. Plenty of amenities available that made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this villa to everyone,an experience that we will surely repeat!

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views! The entire place was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host is responsive and prepared clear instructions. If you're in doubt because of the 300meters unpaved road - don't be. Our tiny Fiat 500 made it with no problem. This place will comfortably host 6 adults. Our visit was in the middle of winter, yet the house was preheated prior to our arrival and kept warm during the whole stay. This is truly a jewel.

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.
