Laundry, heating, Wi-Fi, hot water, weekly cleaning, and fresh linen & towels. Parking: free in the neighborhood from 10pm to 9am. Paid parking at Marechal Carmona (5-minute walk).

It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).
