Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Your area has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, so you can enjoy undisturbed privacy. It is well suited for 1–2 people who prefer a quiet and private stay. Boogie Studio Loft - 2nd Schlafzimmer in Ottensen

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Light-flooded attic apartment

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Osterdeich Apartment Altona

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
