On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and the BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld you need not 4 minutes.

I rent to nice guests a nice place with a cozy bed. There is a small but nice bathroom, and a small kitchen with stove and fridge. There is Wi-Fi and a Netflix-enabled smart TV with DVB-T2 (public service channels only). The charming 1977 AirStream oldtimer parks in a corner of our property. It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.
