Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

The refuge, central Altona old town, self check-in

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. No kitchen! The apartment is located in converted commercial premises. Housing protection number 23-0034073-24

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Cozy-maritime, creatively renovated apartment in the original coach house on the Elbe, flooded with light with a mini balcony on the stairs, double bed and third sleeping option in the loft bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

A warm Moin Moin from Hamburg! The cozy little apartment advertised here is located in the basement of my single-family home in the tranquil Elbe suburb of Blankenese. You have the apartment with its own entrance and bathroom all to yourself. It is suitable for one or two people who value their privacy. It is lovingly and tastefully furnished for you. Apartment in Art Nouveau Villa (Sternschanze)

Beautiful apartment in a quiet courtyard location on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in the merchant's villa, built in 1885 and renovated in 2020, in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old-build charms with modern hotel-like amenities, improved soundproofing and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular Sternschanze district. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Blankenese-Mitte: Small apartment in old building villa

Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. It offers plenty of space for two and is the ideal starting point for a stroll in the "village", for walks in the Treppenviertel, the nearby parks and along the Elbe or for a visit to the surrounding restaurants and cafés.

Funky - 2 rooms, elevator, good connection

The bright, cozy and modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the S-Bahn station Langenfelde in about 3 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn runs every 10 minutes to the city center or to the harbor. Duration to city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 min. On foot you can reach in about 4 min. two shopping possibilities: Penny (8:00-23:00) and REWE city (8:00-24:00)

Cool Tiny House in upgraded retro AirStream

The charming 1977 AirStream oldtimer parks in a corner of our property. It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.

Atelier-Bahrenfeld

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
