Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Our house is located in a renovated two-story factory building in Bahrenfeld/Ottensen. Here you will find absolute tranquility, as it is secluded from the road. After a walk of approx. 10 minutes you can also enjoy life in one of Hamburg's trendiest neighborhoods. Restaurants, pubs, cinemas and the Elbe beach are in the immediate vicinity. The heart of our house is the large living area and the large veranda.
