You will enjoy both the interior and the exterior thanks to a large terrace (35 m2) shaded by the vine as well as a maintained and fully fenced garden of more than 900 m2 and not overlooked.

17th century manor overlooking the Charente

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river. Surrounded by one hectare of wooded garden, you will benefit of a large swimming pool and a nordic bath. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market.
