There is a bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person. The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stuttgart city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

The spacious apartment with 74 square meters has 2 bright living rooms with large south-facing windows with access to the beautiful, well-kept garden with terrace. There is a private entrance. It is located on the edge of Schönbuch. Located on the vineyard in a south-facing location and with wonderful views over the Ammertal, beautiful hikes can be made here. With the Ammertalbahn, which runs every half hour, in 10 minutes to Tübingen, there is a very good connection.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Neckar view

We offer a modern 68 m² apartment in a perfect location on the outskirts of Tübingen not far from the banks of the Neckar. Located near the old town, it is also the starting point for nature excursions. A bus stop is within walking distance (5 min). The bright apartment has an open floor plan with separate bedroom and bathroom, a sleeping option in the living room and a Neckar view terrace with southeast orientation. Free public parking is very close by.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!
