No stairs to worry about. 1st floor Condo with parking directly in front of the unit. Handicapped parking and access to the unit is also in front of this condo.

This unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. I have to register them before you arrive

Gated 1st floor, walk to beach, htd pool NO FEES!

Just a short walk across the street and you will be on the white sandy beach. This condo has a private screened in lanai which is great for relaxing while overlooking the pond, lighted fountain, and heated pool. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite which includes double vanities, a walk-in shower and garden soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.
