Nice six bedroom house located next to University Lakes and right on the trail system with Chester creek salmon in the fall, both universities and both hospitals within easy walking distance on the beautiful trail. Two living rooms with TV's. New gas fireplace and wood fireplace downstairs. Very large parking, will accommodate large groups. No parties please New large front load washer and dryer. A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

"Bentley the Bus " has running water, electricity, heat, AC, WIFI, kitchen , shower and a regular toilet. Our floor plan allows to keep work and play separate as you are able to cook, lounge and enjoy yourself in the front of the bus, a private separated bedroom in the back where sweet dreams await. Two sofas in the front of the invite to be comfy with a movie - Bring Fido( no cats) who is welcome to stay with you for a small fee. Parking available. NOTE: BUS CAN'T BE DRIVEN BY GUESTS

A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.
