Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Restaurants we love are Limeleaf and panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance, Lexie’s cafe, pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Lexies, Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing!

Beautiful Girdwood Chalet with great views! Walking distance to the mountain resort and local restaurants and other venues. After a long day of skiing or hiking relax in our new hot tub and enjoy the private wooded setting. Hot tub use ends at 10pm every night. No exceptions. Security cameras in use on the property. We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.
