No garden, large windows overlooking the street with immediate access to the Tram station, the Maine and its barge-restaurants, the port and riverside paths to the open-air cafes and natural spaces of Lake Maine. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
