Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

You will be on the circuit of the Loire castles, and you can discover the vineyards of Anjou. Shops nearby in the village (300 m). Our cottage in a bucolic and rural setting, is a place completely renovated for your comfort, a real haven of peace!

The property is located in a neighborhood close to all amenities within a 750m radius (bakery, supermarket and fast-food restaurant). Ideally located near the banks of the Maine river (2km from "La voie verte"), Terra Botanica (3km), the train station (3km) and the town center.

Come and relax in this atypical refurbished accommodation in an old outbuilding. Completely independent and not overlooked, it is a real bubble of comfort in which you will stay. The duplex has a small terrace with garden furniture as well as a high-end outdoor hot tub with 3 seats including 2 loungers, heated all year round to 36.5 degrees. The accommodation is located in the heart of a very commercial area, ten minutes by car/bus from downtown Angers.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
