A "tasting" walk on a Gabarre... An exceptional moment on the Loire... Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space completely renovated with local materials.

Cottage du Figuier between Angers and Saumur

The Cottage du Figuier is open to a pretty quiet and private garden with garden furniture and sunbathing armchairs. Well-equipped for cooking, better than a kitchinette, excellent bed and charm assured! It is part of the outbuildings of the Château de la Giraudière, in a 15-hectare park, a walk in the woods and meadows that go down to the small fish pond. Large heated swimming pool only in the summer (12.5m x 5.5m) and shared but never overloaded!

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
