Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

At the gates of Angouleme in a green setting, in a house inhabited by the owners, pretty studio of 40 m2 fully equipped , 140 bed, TV seating area, kitchenette , bathroom with shower, toilet and sink(private) , private terrace overlooking the garden. Separate entrance. Linen provided. Proximity to Soyaux , axis D1000, 10 min drive to downtown Angouleme. Ideal for professional mission, internship or tourism. Family setting. On site, we also rent a 3 bedroom apartment. .

Independent studio

Located in the barn adjoining the main Charentaise house located in the city center of Ruelle-sur-Touvre, on a very quiet street, comfortable independent studio, new and carefully decorated. You will enjoy the calm and greenery of a country environment in town. All amenities within walking distance, Angoulême city center 5 minutes' drive, direct access to the ring road, bus nearby. You can also enjoy the pleasant garden and shared (unheated) swimming pool.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angouleme, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.

Located in a charming Dordogne village, this private studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a fabulous romantic terrace complete with a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool (available from June 1st - Nov 1st). The countryside is on your doorstep, with its rolling hills, forests, and lakes.
