La villa di 200mq si sviluppa su due livelli. E' circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità che ospita 6 persone. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza, una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con Roma. Con la macchina si può raggiungere la stazione di "Montebello" da cui partono treni per il centro ogni 30 min. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.
