With so much to offer in the surrounding area you won't be short of things to do, and for those days when you just want to stay on site, we have a lovely pool over looking the countryside, to relax by. We are on hand to help should you need us, and are happy to provide information, help you make reservations or even join you for a glass of wine if you fancy some company!

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Between the town and the countryside

Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

Apartment in the center

Whether you are a couple, with family or on a business trip, this apartment will make you have a pleasant stay. It consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom equipped with a changing table. In the living room you will find the table where you can savor the dishes cooked in the equipped kitchen located next door. In the cupboards, you will find enough to keep young and old busy with board games etc. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi is free.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Discover the charm of the contemporary and old mix, all in a warm spirit, the first desire in this project was that YOU travelers could settle in comfortably, unwind, work in peace, have a nice time before hitting the road again. Check-in to the listing is scheduled after 2 p.m. and checkout is scheduled for the morning at 11 a.m. at the latest so that cleaning can be done.
