The studio is on a terrace, an integral part of the villa which is my home, located in Villefranche sur mer, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. You will appreciate its calm and its picturesque village by the Mediterranean. In 15 minutes, by bus or train, you can find yourself in Nice, the 5th largest city in France, with its old town and its pedestrian streets. Beaulieu sur mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat are 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot.

Independent room 18 m2 bed 140 cm, linen sheets, armoire vintage, with bathroom: italian shower, washbasin, shelf, WC. The bedroom opens onto a private garden with table, calm, charm, tea/Nespresso coffee maker. You can park the car around the house for free or there is the Suquet parking . NO WI-FI. 20 steps from the street to reach the house and a few steps in the garden for sportive people, quite dark in the night. not for everyone
