Francesca place was as described, it was incredibly central about a 20 minute walk to the coliseum and a 5 min walk to train and metro stops. the hosts weee both very helpful and always on hand if there was ever an issue. We could also store our luggage there which was good x

From the time we arrived in Italy, we had to wait for our luggage at the airport for more than 2 hours. Paolo was considerate of us and we were able to adjust our check-in time with ease. The accommodation was perfectly prepared. The location of the accommodation was great, as we could walk to many places in Rome. On the day of our return, thanks to the airport limousine service provided by him, we were able to go to the airport very conveniently. If I go to Rome again, I will definitely check if this accommodation is available first. Grazie Paolo!

I can’t explain to words how gorgeous this place is, everything was top-notch. Flavia is a super host, she gave me clear instructions from the very beginning, the place is in the heart of Rome, felt always pretty safe in there and the most cool thing is that she leaves snacks, water, coffee and breakfasts.

Thea was a lovely host. She was very attentive, quick to help and let us leave our bags at a very early hour. The room is as advertiste. The apartament is locales only minutes away from the Vatican, excellent location with easy access to the rest of the City. Would highly recommend.

The attention was expected, valeria and Claudio are very attentive and kind , the communication was fast and they helped us in everything , everything impeccable room and bathroom, they welcomed us with things to eat and take, the bathroom is outside the room, but it is private, I would definitely recommend them and return with them a next visit

An absolutely perfect stay! The apartment is conveniently located in a charming area of Rome, close to the metro, making it easy to get around the whole city. The room is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated, you immediately felt good there. And most importantly, Michela is an exceptional host: rare kindness, always available and incredibly helpful. Everything was perfect and as expected after reading the reviews. The transfer is very nice and really close to the hustle and bustle of Trastevere, which I love! The 10-minute walk between the two places was for me a highlight with the view and all the nature around! The breakfast with Laura's Beautiful Eggs with classical music in the background was perfect. I saw a piano, unfortunately I didn't see anyone playing:)

I'd like to highlight Sergio, who was always attentive from the consultation, booking and the whole process. The room is as nice as in the photos. The quality of the B&B materials is noticeable. Shared living room with two tables, chairs, with everything you need, even offers pastries, tea, coffee, water. It's easy to get there by metro from Rome Center. An economical ticket of 1.5 euros per day. We would definitely come back.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Wow this is a really beautiful and lovely apartment... the room is even prettier than it looks...the host is very friendly and informative! the kitchen is one of my favorite part as its vibe and it provides more than expected! There is metro station downstairs within 1 minutes... the only thing is the washing area in the bathroom is a little bit small...there is house cleaning everyday and the service is really good... I must recommend this to everyone who visit Rome.

Stefania is very kind and helpful. The place is super central. In my case, I based myself here to participate in the Rome 2025 Marathon, departing the Colosseum. Bedroom with bathroom equipped with all amenities and super clean. The neighborhood is sometimes slightly noisy at night.

Only downside I can think of is that it would be a bit of a squeeze when you are with two people, but the balcony open up nicely with fresh air and some space to enjoy some food or a glass of wine
