Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

Il Melograno is an independent holiday home but adjacent to the owners' house with private parking. The house, 80 square meters, has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The house is located in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play freely and safely. There is a barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden.
