The Villa offers a swimming pool for exclusive use, a large equipped garden (sunbeds, children's games, patio, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue...) and a hot tub (with an extra charge of €50 per day; not currently available). On the ground floor, there is a double living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a large terrace with a sitting area, and 2 bathrooms. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool, about 1 km from the sea.

La villa di 200mq su due livelli è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.
