Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

In the city of 7 ports, you will find yourself well in this 2014 house and fully equipped as at home. Everything is there! Just choose your activities: Dune du Pilat, beach, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, boat on the Arcachon Bay, golf, horseback riding, archery, cycling, karting, paintball, amusement parks for the little ones, Aqualand, bowling... Sanguinet or Cazaux lake, bike ride, bird park, walking, paragliding, parachute, glider, tours... Bordeaux... and I'm bound to forget some...

Exceptional villa: this house designed by an architect is ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of Petit Piquey, a charming village on the Cap-Ferret peninsula, between the basin (5 min by foot) and the ocean (10min by bike). The amenities and shops of the centre of Petit Piquey are just a stone's throw away: delicatessen, wine shop, butcher's shop, fish shop, supermarket, numerous restaurants and oyster shacks, as well as the famous organic bakery "Pain Paulin".

The house is located in Arcachon itself, in the Abatilles district, near Pereire beach on a quiet street, shops next door. Large wooded lot, you can park several cars there. The house has two equipped terraces. It has an extensive living/dining room, a very well-equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 renovated in 2020 and a master suite in 2017 and 2024) and a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom renovated in 2019, separate toilets and a laundry room. Fiber OK.
