the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The apartment is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It is also very well located, which allowed us to fully enjoy La Rochelle and the surrounding area. We recommend it without hesitation!

Perfect location and quiet. Absolutely nothing to say about the place. Responsive host. I told Micheline but for us the big downside is the smell of cigarettes that was in the staircase/hallway of the building. Smell from the neighbors. Otherwise we'll be happy to come back to his place.

We had a pleasant stay. The location of the accommodation offers a quiet and peaceful environment, close to shops. The comfort of the maisonette is cozy and the equipment is very complete. The private south-facing patio is a plus.

If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

I rented the accommodation for employees who were under construction in TONNAY. They were close to the construction site so great for them. The space is impeccable. We will come back and recommend it.
