A very spacious house with a large kitchen, dining and living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms awaits you. Dogs are welcome. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails and the Ahrsteig passes by the front door. The Nürburgring, Lake Freilingen for swimming and other attractions can be reached in less than an hour.

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Kinderzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine geräumige Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Gäste WC gehören zur Ausstattung. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Bei Bedarf können wir 2 weitere Schlafplätze mit privatem Eingang und Bad anbieten.. Die Fahrzeit zum Ring beträgt ca. 20 Minuten.

The apartment with private access in a hillside location and great views of the valley is located in a family two-family house. A highlight of the newly built apartment is the small corner sauna integrated in the bathroom (use is included in the price). The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing active holiday in the eventful Eifel.

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner sofa.

Vacant house Eichenbach

In the middle of the woods of the Eifel is the small village of Eichenbach with about 62 inhabitants. Our vacation home is on the edge of the forest. There are several hiking trails along our house. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Day trips to Eltz Castle, Bürresheim Castle, the castles of Manderscheid or Cochem are also worthwhile.
