We welcome you to our detached house, where we provide you with our ground floor including an entrance equipped with a dining table adjoining your bathroom, a bedroom and a small cocooning outdoor area. In other words, the entire ground floor space is yours, you will be quiet.

Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. It offers all the amenities: small living room, fitted kitchen, large bathroom with a washing machine, fast WIFI... Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).

As a mother living with my 2 children and a very nice little dog, I rent a 9 m2 room. The room consists of a convertible bed for 1–2 people, a desk and a shelf. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Linens and towels are provided. Tea and coffee are available. My house is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop in the city center.
