Armin is a great host and very flexible :) The apartment is large and is centrally located but quiet. Shopping and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. By bike (you can rent ) you need 5-10 minutes to Askelpios clinic - great if you do further education The apartment is clean and everything was great:)

We had a very nice week in Simmertal. The area is beautiful for hiking, the "gemstone city" of Idar-Oberstein is easy to reach and city trips to Trier, for example, can also be easily incorporated. The apartment is nice, the hostess very friendly and we didn't miss anything. A clear recommendation!

We always love to comeback at Stephanie’s house. It is so clean and quiet Stephanie and her husband are so kind and accommodating.The house is so nice and clean. Thank you so much for letting us stay, it is always a pleasure for us.

Really the perfect place to stay. It felt right at home. Direct parking opposite to the entrance. The grill is an absolute plus! Everything very high quality and no counted products. We will be happy to come back.
