This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Large windows offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in the distance we can see the tip of Lac Mégantic.

You can carry out many activities that are very accessible thanks to a private access to the shore, adjacent to the cottage, also allowing you to put our kayaks (provided) or your watercraft (boat, paddle board) in the water. Long walks on the beach at low tide will delight you.

On the estate there are several activities, go see the alpacas, horses, access to a private beach, 5 km trail, 2 waterfalls and a cascade etc.

Family chalet very well located in Estrie. Surrounded by beautiful ski mountains (Orford, Bromont, Owl's Head) this chalet will give you beautiful moments of pleasure and well-deserved tranquility. Chalet on 2 floors with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We work in our free time to beautify the place and we hope you will enjoy the simplicity of the place. For a better stay we suggest a maximum of 4 adults without counting children. See you soon.

Cozy chalet close to diverse services and leisure activities with hot tub. Access to a public beach +/- 5 minutes by car. Boat descent 30 seconds away. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with ice rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.
