Four bedrooms, a large living area with an open kitchen, bar, dining table and wood-burning stove ensure comfort. The highlight is the wellness bath with underfloor heating, steam sauna function, infrared cabin and optional sauna. Large natural garden, barbecue area, fitness area, 3 parking spaces and very good transport links.

Oblast je ideální na turistiku a cyklovýlety s velkým množstvím stezek na české i bavorské straně. K dispozici je samostatný apartmanán o velikosti 60m2 jehož součastí je ložnice obývací pokoj, kuchyň a koupelna. Při počtu 4 lidí je k dispozici další ložnice se samostatnou koupelnou. Dále jsou k dispozici venkovní prostory dvorního traktu s kompletním vybavením včetně posezení a grilu.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
