Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Here you can relax and work. All three rooms are equipped with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to culinary enjoyment. Our bathroom is brand new and freshly renovated. If all three rooms are occupied, I have to scurry through the hallway at the end of the apartment to get to my laundry room. If only two rooms are rented, this area can be separated.

In the apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only suitable for 2 people with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
