You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Whether an adventure in LEGOLAND, a visit to Peppa Pig Park, an exciting tour of the Charlottenhöhle or many other excursion destinations in the area – there is something for young and old. In our private garden, the pool can be shared, there is a climbing frame and sandpit for the little ones. We have set up a children's den in the children's room. Looking forward to seeing you soon! This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung (53qm) befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Bett, sowie ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion im Wohnraum (Breite ca 1,30m, für zwei Erwachsene ist es etwas eng, aber ein Erwachsener und ein Kind, bzw für 2 Kinder ist es ausreichend) Über eine Treppe erreicht ihr die Wohnung und könnt im Lichthof gemütlich sitzen und grillen...
