I invite you to a comfy stay at this 2/1.5 2 story townhome built 12/2022. This fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Welcome to Beach Haven! This spot is a commercial office transformed to upstairs apartment! Right off Atlantic Blvd and down the road from Neptune Beach / Foodie Heaven you'll find yourself in a quaint small 1 bedroom loft. Vintage meets beach during your stay here. So close to everything you wouldn't need a car to enjoy your time here and not have to cross any major streets to get to great restaurants or the beach. Since the area is commercial you won't have anyone disrupting your stay here.

White Rock Studio

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
