Elegant and Stylish Designer Apartment in Central Athens

The 100 sq meters 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a privileged residence building on the 5th floor in front of a spacy park.It is a sunny apartment with all the rooms viewing directly to the park and to further horizon (the balcony has direct access to that view), without having a road between the entrance of the building and the park ,in a very quiet location, few steps away from local night life. IIn more detail: The apartment: As you enter the apartment (100 sq.m renovated) there is an entrance hall with an open kitchen on the left and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave and dish washer included).In front, there is a spacy sitting room with a 4K smart tv (neflix channel included), a dining room (big wooden designed oval table with 8 chairs ).In both sitting and dining area you can enjoy the park view and the tranquil open space ,without anything reminding you that you are in the center of a big city. In that area there is also an office table for use of laptop etc. On the right (there are glass doors that can provide privacy) there is a modern, confortable sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 people (210x140 cm). Sofa in the sitting area, dining table, chairs and stools are recently bought from KARE design store. Beside the kitchen there is a small corridor that separates the sitting, dining and kitchen area from the rest apartment. When you open the door to enter to the bedrooms and toilet ,bathroom area, you have on your left a small toilet wc and on the right the one bedroom with 2 single beds (brand new eco mattresses for extra comfort sleep, 200 x90 cm or 3’x 6’66’’ft each) that can be attached ,wardrobe and access to the balcony. Further on the right there is the main bedroom with a 200 x 200 super king size bed (brand new eco mattress for extra comfort sleep size 183 x 203 cm or 6’ x 6’ 66’’ ft) with wardrobe and access to the balcony. Just opposite to that, there is the big bathroom with shower and bath facilities, and at the end of the corridor a small storage area, where there is a washing machine. We are available for any help during your stay! A central neighborhood of Athens, you can easily walk around the area and encounter local stores, galleries, small theaters, restaurants, and bars. Kallimarmaro and Kolonaki also has several parks. The apartment can be accessed very easily from the airport and the port. The metro station (Evangelismos –blue line ) has a direct access from the airport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In case you choose the metro or the bus, carrying heavy luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi from the bus/metro station to the apartment (less than 5 min, costs 3,20 eur), because it is situated uphill (e.g. some steps if you prefer to save distance) ,which is also the reason of the excellent horizon and view of the park. From port of Piraeus around 40 mins away, you take the train towards kifisia(green line), and change at monastiraki station to blue line towards either airport or doukisis plakentias and exit at evagelismos station. There is a private parking 100 m from the apartment. Transportation facilities (from/to the airport with very competitive prices, or day trips or tours) can also be arranged on request. Mattresses for all beds are ECOSLEEP (type BIOREST-new technology layers with advanced foam materials, such as memory foam for extra comfort sleep) Open area is a balcony 12 meters long that can be reachable from all bedrooms and sitting areas with view on the park. There is a strong Wi Fi signal. There are 2 elevators (1 normal and 1 small) in the building with access to the floor (5th). There is a private parking located 100 m from the apartment. Smoking is allowed in open spaces (balcony)

Walk to The Acropolis From a Bright Koukaki Flat

The apartment is on the second floor and has been fully renovated on August 2017. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, one living room, one fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and two small balconies. The kitchen is opposite the living area in an open space layout, that automatically lends itself to relaxing after a long day at the museums. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and serves as a perfect breakfast and dining area. The living room is spacious, has a flat screen TV and leads to a small charming balcony, where you can enjoy an evening drink. The master bedroom is spacious and bright with large window openings. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. Its main colors are warm grey and white and the wooden elements make you feel like home. Both bedrooms and the living room have ACs, so there are 3 ACs in the apartment, which make your stay super comfortable. You can access your Netflix account, so you can watch your favourite series and feel like home! Towels, bed linen and covers as well as bath supplies are available for you. In the kitchen you will find two coffee machines - one espresso machine (Nespresso) and one filter coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso machine as well as filter coffee and tea are available for you. I love meeting and talking to people from different countries and cultures! Feel free to ask me anything you like before you arrive in Athens and of course while you are staying in the apartment. I will make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is in Koukaki, an up-and-coming enclave of Athens peppered with trendy restaurants, cafes, and nightlife spots. Central cultural attractions, like The Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and the National Museum of Contemporary Art, are minutes away on foot. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the Syggrou-Fix subway and 7 mins walk from the Acropolis subway. The tram is 1 minute walk and the bus station "Olympiaki" 4 minutes walking distance, right at the Syggrou avenue. There are several buses that pass from this station with destinations into the centre of Athens or towards the southern coast of Athens. The area is very central so finding a taxi is really easy. You can always book a taxi by phone or internet. The "Beat" application available for mobile phones and tablets is recommended. The majority of car rental agencies are located on Syngrou avenue nearby, so picking up a car is super easy. You can park for free on the street in our neighbourhood, but I wouldn't suggest renting a car while you are here. The apartment is centrally located and you can go anywhere by foot. There is a super market near the apartment, only 40 meters away. There is also a pharmacy in the same building as well as a hairdressers. If you would like a haircut or a blow-dry let them know you are staying with us!

The Acropolis metro station is 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance of the building. Taxis are available on most of the times parked next to the building's entrance. A shuttle or private transport can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Tour buses begin routes 50 meters away from the building's entrance.

The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment. My house is newly renovated (2018) and decorated in a stylish manner. Located on the 6th floor with amazing view, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (both of them have Satellite 32’’ LCD TVs), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and espresso machine etc. The bathroom is nice and comfy with shower and amenities. You can relax in the overlooking lounge or in its private balcony. The entire apartment is avalaible for the guests. Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, bars, super markets and coffee shops. We personally welcome you and guide you throughout the house, giving you all the necessary help. We are at your disposal for any other information you need, places to visit or things to do during your stay in Athens! The apartment is right next door to the National Technical University of Athens. The National Archaeological Museum is a few steps away, and all of the city's popular historical sights are within easy reach. - Very close to Omonia Square where you will find a Metro station (200m.) - Once you exit the building, you will easy find public transportation in Patission str. (buses and trolley) that will take you in almost all of Attica's destinations. - Taxis on the streets available 24/7 The 80m2 apt (located on the 6th floor), is brand new inside (renovated in 2018). It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) and both bedrooms have a Satellite 32’’ LCD TV. The apartment has a nice, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with shower, a separate lounge with double sofa bed, balcony and a Satellite 42’’ LCD TV and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
