Holiday rentals with a patio in Au Sable Township

Stayed a few times with them and have had very positive experiences. The hosts are very friendly and super responsive with any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay here again at some point in the future

The living space feels completely private and “homey”. Very aesthetic layout to boot. My wife and I utilized the aluminum hot tub to watch a gorgeous sunset, followed by a movie in the cozy living area. While John was very responsive and available, he made it feel like our own vacation home for the short time we were there.

House was beautiful don’t feel like an apartment at all I was quite surprised how big the home was very clean quiet spacious.

Third stay at this place. Would book again!

Great place to stay.

This place is clean, cozy with lots of complimentary amenities. It was easy to find and close to downtown. We easily walked to the downtown area. We will definitely be coming back and staying here

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place! The house was perfect for the four of us — spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. Jennifer’s communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was ideal, close to downtown with great restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. Jennifer recommended Proper Taco, and it definitely lived up to the hype — a delicious spot we really enjoyed! This was the perfect home base for us as we visited Detroit, Midland, and Frankenmuth, and explored more of Midland too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

What a gem Clark’s place is! The home itself is gorgeous, unique, extremely clean, and full of thoughtful artistic touches from Clarke. Tons of space and light inside. The house is like an art exhibit itself. We so enjoyed staying here and taking in the house! It’s also super usable— we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable as well. Beautiful and quiet, private surroundings. I imagine in the summer it’s beautiful too! Clark was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. Not only through the thoughtful touches in the house, but he was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He came by to introduce himself and walked us through some steps with the wood burning fireplace, and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy- so thoughtful! Downtown Midland is super close by and has several really good restaurants and coffee shops.

Our group has a great time and enjoyed the cottage and property. The host was responsive to questions. The property was as described and a comfortable place to stay.

A wonderful country side home. Live like a local. Great sunset views and peaceful nights. Home is comfortable after a busy day on the go.

I loved this cabin! It was super cozy inside & had everything I needed. Everything was clean and seemed to be pretty new or not frequently used. There was a nice view and it’s really quiet outside. I would stay here again.

Patrick and team are great. Just great. The place was spotless. Even the grill…which was great. Walkable to town…even better!

I came across this listing while I was looking for a weekend getaway. I informed my husband that I was reserving this cute little home whether he was coming with me or not. John's place looks exactly like it is pictured. it is cozy, close to restaurants, close to attractions in Bay City and saginaw, well worth the money that was spent and definitely recommend this cozy little home for anyone who is traveling to this area. definitely hope to return to this Airbnb in the near future.
