It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes.
