The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

If you're not flying out, you can watch the sun rise on the 5th floor in the bedroom, you can see the sun rise over the Isebek Canal, enjoy the sun on the balcony during the day in the south and watch the sun set in the living room with large windows.
