Remodeled, new appliances, wood floors, in unit laundry, 1 car garage, bbq. Seal Beach is a family destination with surf, sun, shopping and entertainment. One of only a few approved vaca rentals in the city. We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night.
