Entrance with access to kitchenette, bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Nearby: convenience store (open 7 days a week), bakery, restaurants, playground.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

Individual chalet that we take care to clean between each passage. Your entrance/exit can be done without contact independently and hydro-alcoholic gel is provided. 3 minutes from the center of La Rochelle, 10 minutes from the Ile de Ré. By bike, 10 minutes from the center and beaches. Bikes that we lend graciously upon request. All 2 chalets are quiet on a plot of 1000m2, your comfort and tranquility are guaranteed in a soothing atmosphere 2 steps from the city center.

Close to the beach, the park and the shops, from Villa Andre you can do everything on foot! We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas.
