The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.
