Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
