Our house is located in a purely residential area, surrounded by vineyards away from the main road. Hackenheim is known for its many wine taverns and exquisite wines. In addition to the spa town of Bad Kreuznach (3 km), there are many excursion destinations, including the Romantic Rhine (20 km) and the Saline Valley. Hiking and biking trails also attract visitors.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)
