Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available about 200 m from the house at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. The thermal baths can be reached in just 4 minutes, and the city centre in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected cellar at your own risk.

Apartment is fully equipped. It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11 km): Dream apartment for 6 people

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
